So I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to the Waterfront Oasis on Park Road, I wasn’t expecting much from the outside. It’s tucked into this residential stretch in what I’m pretty sure is the Kogarah area, and you know what? That turned out to be exactly why I loved it. You’re far enough from the CBD chaos but still close enough that the train ride into the city is totally doable.

The infinity pool is genuinely spectacular, and I mean that – not just travel brochure spectacular. It’s positioned so perfectly that when you’re floating there in the evening, the water seems to blend right into the horizon. The panoramic views they advertise actually live up to the hype, which honestly surprised me. From my room (and really, from most of the common areas), you can see across the water toward the city skyline, and at sunset… well, let’s just say I took way too many photos. The pool area gets busy around 4-5 PM when people are winding down, but if you’re an early riser like me, you’ll have the whole place to yourself in the mornings.

What really got me was the attention to detail – the kind of stuff you don’t notice until you’re actually staying somewhere. The rooms are well-insulated, so even though you’re near a main road, traffic noise isn’t really an issue. Check-in was smooth, no weird hidden fees, and the staff actually seemed to know the neighborhood well enough to give decent restaurant recommendations. There’s this little Thai place about a ten-minute walk away that they pointed me to – absolutely worth it. Parking is included, which is huge if you’re driving around Sydney (trust me on this one). The hotel itself has this modern but not sterile vibe, lots of natural light, and the beds are actually comfortable – not just “hotel comfortable” but like, genuinely good sleep comfortable. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if I wanted to be near the water without paying those insane harbor-view prices you get closer to the Opera House.

  Absolutely everything! The photos do not do this place justice, it is only a glimpse of the property. The view is amazing, waking up and having coffee in front of the water in a quiet neighborhood was so peaceful. The shops were nearby if we needed food wise, mostly everything was provided by the host. The beds were comfortable and most rooms had air conditioning.

  Property was extremely spacious and very well kept and clean with plenty of street and garage parking. As shown in the pictures the house is very modern with plenty of colour.
  
  Some highlights for us were the sauna room, koi fish pond, smart TV and the multiple ensuites and bedrooms. The infinity pool was also amazing with different functions and lighting for a night swim. The kitchen was fully equipped for any cooking needs and coffee machines available. Tables available both indoors and outdoors for covered alfresco dining.
  
  Property was beautifully located by the water with a small private ramp allowing you dip your toes in and enjoy the sunset/rise.
  
  Check-in process was very easy and our host was extremely accommodating and helpful even leaving us welcome items.
  
  Everything was exactly as advertised and there is nothing bad to say.

The attention to detail was impeccable – from the cosy decorations to little Christmas touches throughout the space, it was absolutely magical.
  
  The property itself is stunning. Everything was spotless – you could tell our host takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. The facilities were first-class, especially the pool and sauna, which made our stay feel like a luxurious retreat. And the view? Absolutely breathtaking. It was the perfect backdrop to our little staycation.

  This is a fantastic beachfront vacation home! The unbeatable sea view is unforgettable. The house is stylish and modern in design, spacious, and has all the facilities for cooking, entertainment, and leisure. There is an infinity pool and a dry and wet sauna. It is a paradise for vacation. The garden is beautiful, with flowers in full bloom, and there is a huge koi pond with colorful koi swimming in it, which makes people feel happy. The price we paid is worth it, and the cost performance is very high. Recommended to everyone who wants to enjoy the beautiful sea view and ultimate comfort!
