  Patrick is a very genial host, who kindly met us at our day hotel down the road and helped us to the flat with our luggage and is on hand for any query without being intrusive. The fridge was stocked with an amazing array of breakfast options for our 5 day stay, thank you.
  Location is fantastic (particularly as new Metro just opened) so Light Rail, Metro and Trains all just round the corner, and the lap pool must be 30m long and very handy for swimming off the jet lag! Thoroughly recommended.
