Look, I’ll be straight with you about this place on Pitt Street – it’s one of those studios that punches way above its weight for what you’re paying. The moment you walk in, you’re hit with these genuinely impressive city views that make you forget you’re in a 3-star spot. I mean, the floor-to-ceiling windows face the right direction, so you’re not staring at someone’s laundry line or anything disappointing like that.

The studio itself is compact but cleverly designed – whoever set this up actually thought about how real people live. You’ve got a proper kitchen setup (not just a sad mini-fridge and microwave situation), and honestly, the sleeping arrangements for four people work better than you’d expect. There’s a queen bed and what I’d call a very decent sofa bed that doesn’t feel like medieval torture. The bathroom’s small but functional, with good water pressure – always a win in my book. What really got me was the little touches: proper hangers in the closet, decent lighting for getting ready, and thank god, blackout curtains that actually block out the city lights when you need sleep.

Location-wise, you’re right in the thick of things without being in tourist trap central. Pitt Street puts you walking distance to Circular Quay (maybe 10 minutes if you’re not rushing), and you’re literally around the corner from all the good food spots in the CBD. The building itself sits between the business district bustle and the more relaxed end of town – you know what I mean if you’ve wandered Sydney’s streets. Fair warning though: weekday mornings can get pretty hectic with the office crowd, but evenings and weekends are surprisingly chill. Parking’s going to cost you extra (this is Sydney CBD after all), but the train stations are close enough that you probably won’t need a car anyway.

Here’s the thing that surprised me most – for a studio that sleeps four, it never felt cramped or chaotic. The layout just works, and those city views make even a quick morning coffee feel like an event. Is it luxurious? No, but it’s smart and comfortable, and sometimes that’s exactly what you need. The 8-star rating makes total sense once you factor in the location and those views – you’re getting a lot more than the 3-star classification suggests.

  대부분의 투어 픽업지인 리지스 호텔 바로 옆에 있고, 트램이랑 트레인 역 사이에 있어서 이동이 편리했어요.
  근처에 시드니 듀티 프리샵도 있고, 맞은편에 코스모스 상점이라고 한인마트도 있고, 바로 밑에 콜스도 있고 입지 최고입니다.
  큰 원룸에 화장실, 테라스가 있는 방이구요, 취사 가능하고 식세기가 있고 세제를 10개나 주셔서 편하게 요리하고 설거지도 했어요.
  화장실에 샴푸&바디워시 동시에 되는 제품, 컨디셔너 있었고, 4박에 휴지 여분 2개, 수건 큰거 2장 제공 받았습니다. 수건은 한국에서 4장 더 가져갔어요.
  세탁기 건조기 있고 세탁세제 가루형으로 한 상자 있어서 수건은 거의 매일 빨아서 말려서 썼어요.
  같은 층에 쓰레기랑 분리수거 하는 공간이 있고, 퇴실할 때 정리하고 가야합니다 ㅎㅎ
  체크인 체크아웃 전에 디테일하게 안내받고, 부킹닷컴 메세지 답신도 빨라서 편했어요.
  
  What could be improved: 화장실에서 샤워하는데 바닥에 갈색 물때가 계속 벗겨져서 나와서 찝찝했습니다. 바닥에도 조금씩 밟히는게 있고, 다이슨 청소기 자체도 많이 더러워서 청소가 되는게 맞을까 싶었습니다. 많은 오염이 묻은 오래된 이불에 얇은 천을 앞뒤로 덧댄 식으로 되어있는데, 자꾸 그 천이 벗겨져서 속이불에 닿게되더라구요. 커버를 안 벗겨지는 것으로 교체하면 더 좋을 것 같아요.
  청결도는 조금 떨어지지만 그외엔 정말 편하게 묵었어서 다시 갈만한 숙소입니다. 청결도 개선되면 더욱 좋겠습니다!!!

  위치, 교통, 주변 마트와 식당, 명소 가기 편함. 많이 쓰진 않았지만 주방과 세탁시설 있어서 좋다. 숙소는 전체적으로 조용하고 화장실,샤워실 공간도 넓다. 관리만 깨끗하게 해놓는다면 담에 또 숙박할지도….
  
  What could be improved: 청소는 안하는거 같다. 오래된 찌든 먼지가 바닥과 침대는 물론 쓰러기통 뚜껑에도 쌓여 있다. 체크인하고 화장실 들어가자 마자 손잡이 떨어짐. 샤워기는 벽고정형만 있고 줄형이 없어서 불편함. 변기 옆에 휴지위치가 쓰기 너무 불편함. 허리 틀어지는줄…. 수건은 인당 하나씩이라 한번쓰고 계속 빨래함.건조기에서 먼지 나와서 보니 먼지거름망이 잔뜩 껴있었음. 발코니 있어 아침이나 저녁에 커피나 맥주 한잔 해야지하고 기대했는데 앞에 공사중이고 다른 건물 옥상 대형환풍기 돌아가는 소리에 시끄러워서 나가 있을수가 없음. 커피는 개뿔, 문도 못열음. 문 닫으면 그나마 조용해서 다행.

  L’emplacement est top avec le World square juste à 2 pas avec ces restaurants sont Coles et ses magasins . Il s’y trouve aussi un service pour garder les valises. L’appartement est très bien équipé, le lit et le canapé sont confortable. Il n’y a pas de bruit, les voisins sont calmes. La piscine et le spa sont très agréables après une journée à marcher.
  En revanche un petit nettoyage en profondeur du carré de douche serait bien.
