I wasn’t expecting much when I first pulled up to 20 Nancarrow Avenue – honestly, it’s tucked away in this quiet residential pocket that you’d probably drive right past if you weren’t looking for it. But then you walk through the front door and BAM, there’s this massive floor-to-ceiling window wall that frames the harbor like it’s a living painting. I mean, we’re talking about proper water views here, not some glimpse between buildings that most Sydney “waterfront” places try to pass off.

The condo itself is actually way more spacious than the photos suggest (and trust me, I’ve been burned by misleading vacation rental pics before). Three bedrooms that can comfortably fit real adults, not just the kids most places seem designed for. The master bedroom catches the morning light perfectly – though if you’re not an early riser, you might want to invest in some decent curtains because Sydney harbor at sunrise is pretty but also pretty bright. What really sold me was the kitchen setup; it’s got this huge island that becomes the natural gathering spot, and you can prep dinner while still being part of whatever’s happening in the living room. The BBQ out on the deck is legit too – not some tiny apartment-sized thing, but a proper setup where you can actually cook for a group without playing Tetris with the sausages.

The pool area is where this place really shines, especially during those sticky Sydney summer evenings. It’s shared with the building but never felt crowded when I was there (granted, this was shoulder season in April). The water’s heated, which is clutch because even in summer the harbor breeze can make you chilly once the sun starts setting. Location-wise, you’re about a 15-minute walk to the train station if you want to head into the city, but honestly? I found myself just staying put most days because why leave when you’ve got this view and everything you need right there. Parking was surprisingly painless – there’s a dedicated spot in the garage, which anyone who’s tried to park in Sydney will tell you is basically worth its weight in gold. The building’s got good security too, keycard access and all that, so you can leave your stuff without that nagging vacation worry. Only minor gripe is that the wifi can be a bit spotty in the back bedroom, but let’s be real – if you’re checking emails with that harbor view outside, you’re doing vacation wrong anyway.

  What could be improved: Overall its really a nice experience but once , someone else parked in our reserved space thats really disappointing but i was lucky i got space in visitor parking overall they have big car park

  Fantastic location and view. So close to trains, ferry and local supermarkets, bakery, chemists and eating places. Parking near lift. Somethings were not to our liking but would definitely stay here again and happy to recommend to friends. Very quiet accommodation block.
  
  What could be improved: A three bedroom place but only seating on a couch for 3.5 people. Only one set of keys, really needed a second set for 5 people saying. Returning the key in the rain to the key locker was not pleasant, and had to double park on narrow street ( would have been better if could drop it in mail box).

  대부분의 요리기구들이 준비되어있어요.
  나는 한번도 안 탔지만 가까운 거리에서 패리,버스,트레인을 탈 수 있어요.
  가까운 패리 정류장에서는 낚시도 가능해요.
  당신이 차를 렌트했다면 여기는 당신의 가장 최상의 숙소가 될 것입니다.
  
  The neighborhood was very quiet, which I really liked.
  The perfect, unobstructed view always satisfied me.
  The security was excellent, which made me feel safe.
  The swimming pool was great for playing with the kids.
  Having designated parking spaces allowed me to move freely at any time.
  With three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a large living room, there was no inconvenience.
  Most cooking utensils were provided.
  Although I never used them, ferries, buses, and trains were easily accessible nearby.
  You can even go fishing at the nearby ferry terminal.
  If you rent a car, this will be the best accommodation for you.
  
  What could be improved: 없어요. 호주에 있다는점? 자주 가고 싶은데 쉽지가 않아요.
