I loved that I could duck out for a proper grocery run or just sit in a local park without feeling like I was on display. Sure, it’s not going to blow your mind with flashy amenities or Instagram-worthy rooftop pools, but there’s something refreshing about a place that just does the fundamentals really well. The check-in was smooth, the room service was prompt when I needed it, and honestly, I slept better there than I had in weeks.
