The staff genuinely seem to understand that most guests are either stressed about catching flights or exhausted from long journeys, so they’re helpful without being pushy. Check-in was smooth even during what looked like a busy period, and they sorted out my early departure without any fuss.   Proximity to airport. I left my wedding ring on bedside table, when I rang them, they found it and stored it until I returned from overseas and picked it up. Very thankful, I have had it for nearly 42 years and would hate to lose it. Staff were excellent about it.
