Look, I’ll be straight with you – when I first saw “Luxury Apartment with Panoramic Views” on Levey Street, I honestly wasn’t expecting much. I mean, it’s tucked away in this quiet residential stretch that most tourists would walk right past. But honestly? That’s exactly what makes it special.

The moment you step inside, you get why they’re pulling a 9.2 rating. The views are absolutely ridiculous – and I’m not just talking about some peek-a-boo harbor glimpse through other buildings. From the main living area, you’re looking out over this sweeping stretch of Sydney that changes completely depending on the time of day. Morning light hits the water just right, and by evening… well, let’s just say I spent way too much time on that balcony with my coffee. The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel – there’s actual personality here, not that sterile corporate vibe you get at most places. The kitchen’s properly stocked (I actually cooked breakfast a couple times), and the bed situation is solid. You know what really got me though? The little touches. Proper blackout curtains that actually work, decent water pressure in the shower, and – this sounds silly but trust me – really good WiFi throughout the entire space.

Location-wise, you’re about a fifteen-minute walk to the main action, which honestly works in your favor. Levey Street itself is dead quiet at night, so you’ll actually sleep, but you’re still close enough to everything that matters. There’s a decent coffee spot just around the corner that the locals hit up (I never caught the name, but it’s got these blue awnings), and if you’re into morning runs, the waterfront path is right there. Parking can be a bit of a dance if you’ve got a car – it’s street parking mostly, but I never had major issues finding a spot within a block or two. The only thing that might bug some people is that it’s not exactly buzzing with hotel services. I mean, you’re not getting room service or a concierge desk, but honestly, that’s part of the charm. It’s more independent, which I actually preferred. Check-in was smooth enough – they’ll meet you there with keys and give you the rundown, then you’re on your own. For the price point and that view alone, it’s honestly a steal for Sydney. Just don’t expect typical hotel amenities, and you’ll love it.

    We stayed at Luxury Apartment with Panoramic views for 6 nights over the new year.

    From day 1 we were warmly welcomed by Sunny (the owner). As soon as we entered this unit we were awed by the majestic views of cooks River, Botany Bay, Golf course, parks and uninterrupted views of the city. This apartment yreally stands up to its name.

    There’s a large kitchen equipped with all your needs.
    We had two lovely bedrooms with two bathrooms. Plenty of towels and toiletries, it was amazing that we could see the lovely views from every room in the unit. Can’t miss the huge 70” TV the comfortable sofa and the modern white furniture.

    Although this place is very close to the international airport, you cannot hear the planes. It was very quiet and private on the 13th floor.

    The place is near the supermarket and walking distance to Wolli creek Railway station. The unit had a parking spot.

    The highlight of our stay was New Year’s Eve party on the Veranda watching the city lights up with its spectacular fireworks it was a magical night.
    We will definitely come back and stay here.
    We highly recommend this place to other guests 💯

    Location is excellent. Meals were self catering.
    But overall, this is akin to asking me to review a magnificent Mercedes car, wherein the manufacturer has unaccountably forgotten to install seat belts.
    The owner was aware that the lock on the bedroom door, (adjacent to the bed) to the (thirteenth floor) balcony had been vandalised (wrenched off) beyond all use – in the unlocked position.
    My suspicion is the damage was not brand new.
    Moreover, the owner acknowledged that they knew of the wrecked lock, but had forgotten to inform us on arrival (or, indeed, at the time of the booking).
    The situation therefore required some good fortune to avoid becoming headline news and/or a public liability claim.
    This aside, I would rate at least a nine out of ten (much effort has been made ensure the apartment is inviting and wholesome). Fixtures and fittings are of a high standard.
    But safety is the predominant concern in a rented premises – meaning I can only score it at a four out of ten.

    Incredible views! Sunrise over the water and Sydney skyline was so beautiful!! Spacious layout, well appointed, generously supplied. Comfortable furniture and bedding. Freshly finished bathrooms. Front loaded washer & dryer in unit. Property owner was easy to communicate with and attentive to our dynamic arrival schedule.
