Hotel Description
So I stayed at this place on Church Street in Parramatta – honestly, the name “Luxury 2Br Apt Near Train Shopping Center” sounds a bit clunky, but don’t let that put you off. The location is actually pretty brilliant if you know Parramatta at all. You’re literally a three-minute walk from the train station, which I mean, that’s gold if you’re planning to explore Sydney without dealing with parking nightmares in the city.
The apartment itself sits right in the thick of things on Church Street, and you know what? I was worried about noise at first, but the windows are decent enough that you don’t get the full street symphony. Though honestly, if you’re a super light sleeper, maybe pack some earplugs – there’s the occasional late-night crowd spilling out from the restaurants below, especially on weekends. The two bedrooms are properly sized (not those shoebox situations you sometimes get), and the kitchen actually has everything you need. I made breakfast most mornings, and there’s a Woolworths just around the corner on Macquarie Street if you need to stock up. The building itself feels solid – not brand new luxury, but well-maintained with that sort of lived-in comfort that’s actually more relaxing than some sterile hotel room.
What really won me over was how connected everything feels. Westfield Parramatta is basically across the road, which is handy for that morning coffee run or if you forgot to pack something essential. The whole Church Street strip has this nice energy – you’ve got your Lebanese bakeries mixing with trendy cafes and those old-school shops that have been there forever. I spent one afternoon just wandering down toward the river, and it’s actually quite pleasant once you get past the main road chaos. The apartment gives you that local feeling without being stuck in some residential maze where nothing’s walkable. Parking was included in my booking, which saved me about thirty bucks a day compared to hotel rates in the city. The hosts were pretty responsive too – I had a minor issue with the WiFi on day two, and they sorted it out by evening. It’s not going to blow your mind with fancy amenities or anything, but for the price point and location, it delivers on what matters. Perfect if you want to feel like you’re actually staying somewhere real instead of tourist central, but still be able to hop on a train and be in Circular Quay in thirty minutes.

Nothing
What could be improved: Trying to contact owner to have unit clean as very unsanitary, multiple calls and hang up to be told to go and buy own clean products and clean it ourselvesGreat location but apartment lack in facilities and comfort. – Adesh from Australia – 12 April 2025 (3/10)
The view from high rise building apartment was amazing. Location is great, everything is close by.
What could be improved: Key pickup was really hard during peak hour traffic when there was no parking available. We wasted an hour to just pick the keys. Instructions was not as clear as it chould be. There were blinds were missing in tall windows which made difficult to sleep in the night as lights from nearby buildings coming through. We did advised the host in relation to the issue but no resolution. Wifi details were incorrect, luckily my 10 year old find the details on modem. There was no entertainment available for kids in TV as all media content required to pay.Very good – Aaron from Australia – 14 March 2025 (8/10)
Superb – Charbel from Australia – 13 July 2025 (9/10)
