Honestly, when I first walked into this place on Bathurst Street, I wasn’t expecting much – the name sounds like it was written by someone’s SEO team having a bad day. But you know what? The apartment itself totally makes up for that awkward listing title. It’s one of those sleek CBD towers that actually delivers on the luxury promise, with floor-to-ceiling windows that give you proper Sydney views (depending on which way you’re facing, obviously).
The two-bedroom setup works really well if you’re traveling with friends or family – I mean, both bathrooms are fully fitted, so no morning queue situations. The kitchen’s got everything you’d actually want to use, not just the bare minimum you usually get in serviced apartments. What really sold me though was how quiet it stays at night, even being right in the CBD. You’re literally a five-minute stroll to Town Hall station, which makes getting around stupidly easy, and Darling Harbour is right there when you want to do the touristy waterfront thing or grab dinner somewhere decent.
The free parking is honestly the real winner here – anyone who’s tried to park in Sydney CBD knows this is basically like finding gold. The building’s got that modern apartment feel with decent security, and check-in was surprisingly smooth for a short-term rental situation. Location-wise, you’re sort of in the sweet spot where you can walk to the Opera House and Harbour Bridge if you’re feeling energetic, but you’re also close enough to Central Station that day trips out of the city are totally doable. The 8.6 rating makes sense – it’s not trying to be the Park Hyatt, but for what you’re paying, especially with that parking included, it’s actually pretty solid value for Sydney standards.

Pros: very good location, the space and facilities were great especially with having the car space, the apartment was well equipped with anything you needed in the kitchen/laundry. I’d definitely stay here again
