You know what hits you first when you walk into Little Manly 3 bedroom Oasis on Stuart Street? It’s actually quiet – and I mean genuinely quiet, not just “quiet for Sydney” quiet. This place sits in one of those sweet spots where you’re close enough to everything but tucked away from the ferry crowds and weekend warriors stumbling back from the Corso.

The three-bedroom setup here is honestly perfect for families or groups who want to spread out without feeling like they’re camping in each other’s pockets. The bedrooms are properly sized (not those shoebox hotel rooms where you’re climbing over suitcases), and the main living area has this lived-in comfort that makes you want to actually hang out there instead of just crashing. I mean, there’s enough space for everyone to do their own thing – some people reading on the couch, others prepping snacks in the kitchen, kids sprawled on the floor with iPads. The kitchen’s got everything you’d actually need too, not just a sad little kitchenette with a broken can opener.

What really sells this place though is how it sits in the neighborhood. Stuart Street puts you about a seven-minute walk to Manly Beach proper, but you’re also stupidly close to the quieter Fairy Bower end if you want to dodge the volleyball games and sunscreen-slicked crowds. There’s this little path that cuts through to the water that most tourists never find – locals use it for their morning swims. And honestly, being able to walk to both IGA and the weekend farmers market without breaking a sweat makes a huge difference when you’re staying more than a couple nights. The parking situation is… well, it’s Manly, so it’s not amazing, but it’s workable if you’re not picky about walking a block or two.

The whole vibe here feels more like borrowing a friend’s well-kept place than staying in accommodation, if that makes sense. Everything works properly – the shower pressure is solid, the WiFi doesn’t drop every five minutes, the air conditioning actually cools things down. These sound like small things until you’ve stayed places where they don’t work. The 8.9 rating makes sense when you experience it; it’s not flashy or Instagram-perfect, but it delivers on the stuff that matters. Check-in was smooth, the place was spotless, and there weren’t any of those annoying surprises that make you wish you’d booked somewhere else. During summer the area gets busy but not unbearably so, and you can still find your quiet moments on the back streets or early morning beach walks before the day-trippers arrive on the 9 AM ferries.

  The location was wonderful we even took our morning cup of tea down to the beach. The flat was very clean. We realy appreciated having a washing machine with soap powder.
  
  What could be improved: There are a few too few plug sockets and some are very close to the floor so foreign adaptors do not fit in them. we were only left one roll of loo paper.

  Right across the road from gorgeous beach. Much quieter than Manly Cove. Apartment was beautifully presented. Host was very helpful with wifi information and late check out.
  
  What could be improved: It was difficult to find a parking spot on the weekend and we had to keep moving the car as there were only 2 options, 2 hour or 7 hour zones. Had we known this ahead of time we probably would have chosen somewhere else as it really impacted on our holiday.

  This lovely property has a fantastic location. The bedrooms are a good size and have great storage—there is also a separate laundry room. The fans worked well during our stay in April. The beds are super comfortable, and it is a quiet location. The response time and communication with the property owners were exceptional.
  
  What could be improved: Some suggestions to improve our experience would be to provide a short information note with key details such as where to empty the bins, a Wi-Fi login, and also to provide a sachet of laundry detergent.
