The 4.5-star rating feels about right – comfortable, reliable, and well-located without any major surprises. If you’re in Parramatta for work, visiting someone at the university, or just need a base for exploring this part of Sydney, you’ll be perfectly happy here. The parking situation is straightforward too, which honestly is half the battle in this area.   Easy to drop off luggage then check in before moving car to pre-booked carpark. Room was upgraded to a spa room which had a separate living room. Breakfast buffet was good. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Location was close to restaurants and train station.

  Very neat and clean. Accommodation was comfortable. We arrived at nearly midnight so didn't really use any facilities. Breakfast was very good. Staff were really lovely, very friendly. Parking was convenient and easy.
