Look, I’ll be honest – when I first pulled up to 26 Milson Road, I wasn’t expecting much from the street view. Cremorne’s one of those Sydney neighborhoods that kind of flies under the radar, you know? But then you walk into this place and… wow. The views hit you immediately through those massive windows, and suddenly you’re looking straight across at the Opera House and Harbour Bridge like they’re just casually sitting there waiting for you.

The thing about this four-bedroom setup is that it actually feels like someone’s gorgeous home, not some sterile hotel situation. I mean, the kitchen’s got everything – and I’m talking proper coffee gear, not those sad little sachets most places give you. The living area flows really naturally toward those harbor views, and honestly, I spent way too much time just standing there with my morning coffee watching the ferries chug back and forth. You can see the Circular Quay ferries doing their thing, which is oddly mesmerizing. The bedrooms are spacious (the master has that same killer view), and there’s enough bathroom space that four people aren’t bumping into each other getting ready.

What really sold me on this spot though is the location – Cremorne’s got this perfect balance where you’re close enough to everything but not drowning in tourist crowds. There’s a decent little café strip on Military Road about a five-minute walk away, and the Cremorne Point walk is right there if you want to stretch your legs with probably the best harbor views in Sydney. Parking was surprisingly easy too, which anyone who’s driven in Sydney will tell you is basically a miracle. The ferry wharf is walkable, so you can actually get into the city without dealing with bridge traffic – takes about 15 minutes on the water, and the views during that ride are pretty spectacular. I did notice some ferry noise in the mornings, but honestly, it’s kind of charming once you get used to it. The whole setup just works really well if you want to feel like you’re living in Sydney rather than just visiting it, especially with that kitchen situation where you can actually cook proper meals while staring out at one of the world’s most famous harbors.
