You know what caught me off guard about this place? Walking into what’s basically a proper apartment building on Bridge Street and realizing you’re getting way more space than any hotel room would give you. I mean, we’re talking about a full apartment setup right in the heart of Sydney CBD – and honestly, the location is pretty much perfect if you want to be in the thick of things without paying those ridiculous Circular Quay hotel prices.
The building itself is one of those modern glass towers that actually fits in well with the CBD landscape, and getting up to the apartment, you immediately notice how quiet it is despite being surrounded by the city buzz. The pool area – which is what really sold me on this place – sits up on a higher floor with these floor-to-ceiling windows that give you this unexpected view of the harbor bridges in the distance. It’s not a massive pool, but after spending the day walking around the Rocks or dealing with the crowds at Martin Place, jumping in there around sunset is honestly pretty perfect. The water temperature is well-maintained year-round, which you don’t always get with these apartment building pools.
What I really appreciate is how the space is set up like you’re actually living there, not just passing through. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the Woolworths down on Kent Street instead of eating out every meal – and let’s be real, Sydney restaurant prices can get pretty brutal. The living area flows nicely and there’s enough room to spread out, which is huge when you’re traveling with someone and need a bit of space. The bedroom setup is comfortable, though I’d say the street-facing rooms can get a bit of traffic noise in the early morning (Bridge Street gets busy with commuters around 7 AM), but nothing that would keep you awake.
The building management is actually pretty responsive – had a minor issue with the wifi during my stay and they sorted it out within a couple hours. Check-in was smooth, though parking can be tricky if you’re driving. There’s paid parking in the building, but it’s not cheap. Honestly though, you probably won’t need a car much since you’re walking distance to Wynyard Station and pretty much everything else you’d want to see. I found myself walking to the Opera House and back most evenings, which takes about 15 minutes through the city center – not bad at all.
The 8.8 rating makes sense to me. It’s not luxury-level fancy, but it delivers on what matters: space, location, and those little apartment amenities that make a longer stay feel more comfortable. Plus having that pool access when you want to escape the city heat is honestly worth the price difference from a regular hotel room.

Our host was very caring and informative, making sure we knew how to access the premises and everything we needed. The location was excellent for access to Circular Key and the Opera House, as well as to public transport, shops and attractions.

The location was perfect for us – easy access to Circular Quay and the Rocks area. Light rail and train stops were close by as well as lots of eating places during the week. The apartment was open planned, clean and light.
