  1. Was fairly close to all the places we wanted to go, being within walking distance.
  2. Reasonably priced for the location on the map.
  3. Housed 5 people quite easily and I can see it holding at least 8 ppl if people dont mind sharing beds.
  4. Had every needed appliance available such as heaters, fans, hair dryers, washing machine, fridge, stove and vacuum cleaner.
  5. Has a TV where the sofa bed was.
