Hotel Description
You know what? I wasn’t expecting much when I first saw that ridiculously long name – seriously, who needs all those keywords in a hotel title? But this little apartment on Victoria Parade actually surprised me in the best way. It’s one of those places where the location just clicks, you know? You’re literally a two-minute walk from Manly Beach (I timed it), but tucked away enough that you’re not dealing with the weekend crowds stumbling past your window at 2 AM.
The apartment itself feels like someone’s actual home rather than a sterile hotel room – there’s a proper kitchen where you can actually cook, not just heat up instant noodles. The living area has this nice, lived-in vibe with decent furniture that doesn’t look like it came from a catalog. Honestly, after staying in so many cookie-cutter places around Sydney, it’s refreshing to find somewhere with a bit of personality. The bedroom’s comfortable enough, though I’ll be straight with you – the walls aren’t super thick, so you might hear your neighbors if they’re having a party (which, let’s face it, happens in Manly). But most of the time it’s pretty quiet, especially during the week.
What really makes this place work is how it sits in the neighborhood. You’ve got the Corso right there – that’s the main pedestrian strip if you haven’t been to Manly before – so coffee, restaurants, and all that tourist stuff is basically on your doorstep. But here’s the thing locals know: walk five minutes the other way toward the wharf and you’ll find way better coffee at places like Flour & Stone, plus you can grab the ferry to Circular Quay without fighting through the beach crowds. The apartment’s also close enough to the bus stops on Pittwater Road that getting to other parts of the northern beaches is actually doable without a car. I mean, parking around here can be a nightmare anyway, especially in summer – though the place does have options if you’re driving.
The whole setup just works well for couples or small families who want to experience Manly without staying in one of those massive resort-style places. You get the independence of having your own space, but you’re still in the thick of things. The rating of 8.3 feels about right – it’s not luxury by any means, but it’s solid, clean, and the location really can’t be beat. Plus, the people running it seem to actually care about the place, which makes a difference when you need something sorted out quickly.

Well located.
Well equipped for cooking and cleaning. Got indoor and beach towels which was very helpful.
What could be improved: Outside area couldn’t be used because the cushions were soaked from the rain.We loved our visit to Manly. It is a bustling beach-side suburb of Sydney. – Brian from New Zealand – 13 May 2025 (7/10)
The accommodation is in easy walking distance to the main centre and beach. Located in a quieter area of Manly
What could be improved: Being on the ground floor apartment you get all the noise from upstairs tenants. Apartment is fine for a couple but not 3 Adults – it's too small to accommodate 3 adults.Cash & Eilish’s apartment was perfect for my stay. The beach side & harbour side right at your doorstep.
