  (1) location is good, 5min walk to Carlton station, about 30min to City (Central station)
  (2) a few cafes within walking distance from the flats if don’t feel like cooking or go to city
  (3) the flat is spacious, clean, beds & pillows are comfortable
  (4) it was summer temperature when we stayed, the ceiling fans in the bedrooms are great to cool the place
