

Hotel Description
You know what struck me first about this place? It’s actually new – like, properly new, not just “recently renovated” marketing speak. The apartment sits right on Stockyard Boulevard, which honestly couldn’t be more perfectly positioned if you’re here for anything at ANZ Stadium. I mean, you’re literally a few minutes’ walk from the main gates, and after experiencing the absolute chaos of trying to get transport after big events, this location is worth its weight in gold.
The apartment itself feels more like staying at a friend’s place than your typical hotel box – everything’s got that fresh, modern vibe without being sterile. The kitchen actually works (I made coffee without hunting for a decent kettle), and the living space is generous enough that you’re not tripping over your luggage every five minutes. What I really appreciated was how quiet it stays, considering you’re so close to the stadium. Sure, on event days you’ll hear the crowd noise, but it’s more exciting than annoying – adds to the atmosphere, really. The soundproofing is solid otherwise, which matters because Stockyard Boulevard can get busy with traffic heading to Homebush Bay.
Here’s the thing about Olympic Park that most people don’t realize until they’re here – it’s not just about the stadium. You’ve got Bicentennial Park right there for morning runs (the bay views are honestly spectacular), plus all those cycling paths if you’re into that sort of thing. The apartment makes a surprisingly good base for exploring this whole area, and parking is straightforward, which… well, anyone who’s dealt with Sydney parking knows that’s not something to take lightly. Check-in was smooth, none of that awkward waiting around in a lobby situation. The hosts clearly know what they’re doing – everything from WiFi passwords to local restaurant recommendations was sorted without me having to ask. I’d definitely stay here again, especially if there’s an event on. The combination of being brand new, properly located, and actually comfortable makes it one of those rare finds where the 9-star rating feels completely justified.

David was very good at communicating – clear and quick to be in touch.
It was easy to get the keys and to access the parking lot in the apartment complex. You really do need to go all the way to the bottom floor and then the allocated parking space is almost right in front of you – very easy to slip into. Do ask for directions to the lift as we had a bit of trouble finding it.
The building is clean and good light. Lifts nice and smooth.
The flat is great. Nice and light and double glazing. Good supply of hot water and nice shower. The kitchen set up is really well done. Beds nice and firm. Temperature control comfortable and quiet. Nice view of Accor Stadium.
Location fantastice for eateries and for Accor Stadium and Qudos Bank Arena – we went to the later and felt safe walking back to the flat after the show at the arena.
If travelling with another couple who could share the cost this would be great value for money. Even for us as one couple it was one of the better cost in that location options.

Lovely modern apartment which is in pristine condition. Very close to olympic park facilities. Beautiful complex with pool.
What could be improved: Difficult to find a park to pick up the key. Parking bay also a bit tricky to locate, but I hadnt seen the photos that were sent. No signs for floors or lifts in the carpark and all the bay numbers are random (ie not in order).
