Look, I’ve stayed at plenty of places along Campbell Parade, and honestly? Most of them are either overpriced tourist traps or aging apartments that smell like someone’s grandmother’s closet. But this Bondi Pacific Studio actually gets it right – and I mean, a 9.6 rating should tell you something, but let me break down why this place works.

First off, you’re literally on Campbell Parade, which sounds fancy but really just means you can roll out of bed and be on Bondi Beach in about two minutes. Not the touristy bit everyone photographs, but the actual good part where locals go for their morning swim. The studio itself is… well, it’s a studio, so don’t expect a sprawling suite, but X Hospitality has done something smart here. They’ve managed to make a compact space feel intentional rather than cramped. The bed’s comfortable (I’m picky about mattresses), there’s actual storage space – not just hooks on the wall – and the kitchenette has everything you need if you grab groceries from the Woolies down on Hall Street. You know what I really appreciated? The shower pressure. Sounds silly, but after a day of salt water and sand, you want a shower that actually works.

The location thing is sort of perfect if you get it. Yeah, you’re right in the thick of Bondi, which means it gets loud on weekend nights – I mean, really loud around 2 AM when the Bucket List crowd spills out onto the street. But here’s the thing most visitors don’t realize: Campbell Parade quiets down completely by Tuesday, and if you’re here during the week, you get this weird peaceful vibe where it’s just you, the early morning joggers, and the surf lifesavers setting up. Plus, you’re walking distance to the coastal walk toward Coogee, which honestly beats sitting on crowded sand any day. The building itself is well-maintained – clean hallways, working lifts, none of that sticky-door-handle nonsense you get at budget places. Check-in was smooth, though I’d suggest arriving after 3 PM because the cleaning crew is pretty thorough and they don’t rush it. Parking’s street parking only, which can be a nightmare in summer, but there’s a paid lot about three blocks inland if you’re desperate. The staff actually knows the area too – they pointed me toward North Bondi for better coffee (they were right) and suggested hitting the Saturday markets at Bondi Junction instead of the weekend circus on the beach. Four stars feels about right for this place, maybe even conservative. It’s not trying to be the Langham, but it does exactly what it promises without any unpleasant surprises.

  Apartment was clean, chic, good facilities and location is extremely ideal – everything you want and need is an elevator ride away below the apartment, and of course, across the road is the beautiful Bondi Beach. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay an additional night! The owners and management were very kind and accommodating. We hope to come to stay again soon 🙂

  Location is insane! You are literally accross from the beach and downstairs there is supermarket (just take a lift down). Very secure building. Very quiet and peaceful as facing the into the inner courtyard. Overall decent kitchen utensils set up and there is also olive oil, salt/pepper, tea/coffee (a lot, not like some places that leave enough for just one day). Also washing machine and dryer works well and what I rarely find but they had was a drying rack. Picking up the keys and online communication was prompt and great.
  
  What could be improved: One negative – the floor was definitely not washed (otherwise flat was clean).
  
  things to note:
  As the flat faces into the inner court and is on the second floor you don’t get much direct sunlight.
  
  It is more of the building issue rather than a flat – but I did see one cockroach in the bathroom and I did see they had cockroach spray, so they are aware or the problem and I assume trying to fight it. However, those insects have to be eliminated on the building level to really solve it. If you are really scared of those be aware.

  C’est un magnifique studio aménagé avec beaucoup de goût – belle literie en lin, lit très confortable et intérieur chic et cozy !
  On peut se déplacer en bus tout proche sans souci; la plage est à 3 min. et le grand plus le magasin d’alimentation est au rez de chaussée. Bonne communication par message internet 😊

  Cet appartement était très bien situé à littéralement 2 pas de la plage de Bondi. Malgré sa localisation dans un endroit animé, nous n’étions pas du tout dérangé par le bruit, le calme y régnait.
  
  En plus d’être très confortable, la décoration / le style du mobilier y est choisi avec goût. L’équipement mis à disposition pour la vie dans l’appartement était plus que complet : machine à laver, machine séchante, machine à café, lave vaisselle, micro-ondes etc etc
  
  Notre hôte était très agréable, de bon conseils et très arrangeant.
