The address actually means something here – Sir Thomas Mitchell Road puts you right in that sweet spot where you’re close enough to hear the ocean but far enough back that you won’t get woken up by the 6am surfers trudging past your window. I mean, Bondi can get pretty intense during peak season, but this apartment manages to feel like a proper retreat from all that chaos.

The two-bedroom setup is honestly perfect for what most people need – not too cramped, not so big you’re paying for space you won’t use. What really got me was how they’ve managed to nail that beachy vibe without going overboard with the nautical nonsense. The furnishings feel premium (hence the name, I suppose) but lived-in, if that makes sense. You can actually picture yourself lounging around here for more than just a night or two. The kitchen’s well-stocked too, which matters more than you’d think – grabbing coffee and pastries from the local spots is great, but sometimes you just want to make your own breakfast and eat it in peace.

Location-wise, you’re genuinely spoiled here. Walk five minutes and you’re on the sand, but you’re also close enough to Campbell Parade that you can hit up Gertrude & Alice for books and coffee, or duck into those little boutiques that somehow survive the tourist crowds. The 380 bus stops nearby, so getting into the city is actually manageable – though honestly, once you’re settled in this area, you might not want to leave. I found myself doing that classic Bondi thing where you plan to explore other beaches but end up just… not. The apartment’s got that effect where it becomes your home base for really soaking up the whole Bondi experience.

The 9.4 rating makes total sense when you’re actually staying here. It’s those little details that add up – decent water pressure, blackout curtains that actually work, and the kind of Wi-Fi that doesn’t cut out when you’re trying to video call home. Plus, the check-in process was refreshingly straightforward. No weird key pickup locations or confusing instructions, just the kind of smooth experience that lets you get straight to the good stuff. Parking can be a bit of a dance around here (welcome to Bondi), but the hosts seem to get that and provide decent guidance.

What really sealed it for me was sitting on the balcony around sunset with a bottle of wine from the bottle shop on Curlewis Street – you can smell the salt air mixing with whatever someone’s grilling nearby, and there’s this perfect soundtrack of waves and distant conversation. It’s exactly what you picture when you think about a proper Sydney beach holiday, minus the tourist trap feeling you get at some places. Four stars feels right – it’s polished and comfortable without being stuffy, and priced fairly for what you’re getting in this location.

  Lage ist sehr gut, Nähe Bondi Beach, Übergabe klappte reibungslos . Zimmer wie abgebildet , schön und stylisch, auch die Beleuchtung, Oberlichter und der kleine schöne Balkon mit Mega viel grün davor war toll, ein Bad, auch Schirme vorhanden, Restaurants in der Nähe auch Supermarkt, Küche war gut ausgestattet und es gab Geschirrspültabs und auch Waschpulver, sowie Tee und eine Schoggi zum Willkommen

  What could be improved: Lage im ersten Stock, nur gut zu wissen falls man schweres Gepäck hat. Parken kann man auf der Strasse vor dem Haus aber eigentlich nur zwei Stunden .Parkgebühr sehr hoch, besser sich über eine App in der Nähe einen Parkplatz von privat zu buchen. Wäre gut als Info in der Wohnung zu haben.
  Geschirr wird wohl von manchen Gästen kaputt gemacht und die anfängliche schöne Gesamtwirkung könnte leiden, Toaster wäre evtl. gut.
  Der Clodeckel war lose und im Lebens Schrank befanden sich abgelaufene Corona Tests, wäre ein leichtes wenn die Agentur diese entfernt .

  הבית מדהים ומיקום מצויין. כל הבית מרוהט בטוב טעם, הכל חדש ונקי, מצעים נקיים, מיטות נוחות, יש את כל אביזרי המטבח והמיקום 2 דקות מחוף בונדיי. התמונות בדיוק כמו במציאות , היינו 4 נפשות , הבית מאד מרווח ונוח , מּמליצה מאד על המקום.

  Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und die Lage ist top! Die Bars, Restaurants und Geschäfte erreicht man in 3 min und zum Bondi Beach ist es nicht weit zu laufen! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
