I mean, calling it “luxury” might be stretching it a bit – it’s more like a comfortable, well-maintained apartment that happens to be in a really convenient spot. The 7.3 rating feels about right, honestly. It’s not going to blow your mind, but it’s definitely not going to disappoint either. The two bedrooms are a decent size, and I appreciated that they actually felt separate from each other, which is great if you’re traveling with friends or family and need some space. The kitchen’s functional too – not fancy, but you can actually cook a proper meal if you want to save some money instead of eating out every night in Chatswood (which, let’s be honest, can add up fast).

What I really liked was how easy it was to get around from here. You’re literally a few minutes’ walk from Chatswood train station, which makes getting into the city or up to the North Shore super straightforward. And if you’re into shopping or just need to grab essentials, Westfield’s right there – sometimes almost too convenient because you end up wandering through it more than you planned. The street itself is pretty quiet considering how central you are, though you’ll definitely hear some traffic during the day. Parking was actually easier than I expected for this area, which was a pleasant surprise since finding a spot in Chatswood can be a bit of a nightmare during peak times.

The whole setup feels more like staying in someone’s actual apartment than a hotel, which some people love and others find a bit impersonal. There’s no fancy lobby or concierge service, but honestly, you don’t really need that here – everything you need is within walking distance anyway. The check-in process was smooth enough, though it’s one of those situations where you need to coordinate timing since it’s not a 24/7 front desk situation. I’d say it’s perfect for people who want a comfortable base to explore Sydney from, especially if you’re planning to spend time on the North Shore or just want to avoid the craziness of staying right in the CBD. For families or groups, it’s actually a pretty good deal considering you get proper bedrooms and can spread out a bit, plus having a kitchen means you’re not stuck eating hotel breakfast every morning.

  Beautiful apartment, clean, spacious, great amenities, excellent location next to the Concourse theatre, free parking undercover.
